Getting Started

  1. Create a rental record.
  2. Open Capture and choose a property, room, stage, and category.
  3. Add photos or videos, captions, tags, severity, and notes.
  4. Review records in Vault, Compare, and Export.

Where Is My Evidence Stored?

Launch records stay on your device. No account or cloud login is required. Export records before deleting the app or device data.

Exporting Reports

PDF reports can include property details, checklist summaries, room evidence, captions, timestamps, tags, notes, and video references.

Exporting App Data

Settings includes JSON export and a ZIP bundle for app-owned media. Review exports before sharing; they may include private rental details.

Permissions

Camera/photo access supports capture/import. Microphone may support video. If blocked, use settings or another import path.

Deleting Data

Delete individual evidence items, selected property data, or all local app data from Settings. Export anything you want to keep first.
